Oil change great except for mechanic not resetting the oil monitor

Had a check engine light come on. They solved the problem. Very efficient. The employees were very courteous and polite.

All work completed to spec. I actually had two vehicles in your shop. One has been returned and so far all work is satisfactory. The other is still being worked on at the shop. I'll let you know when I get it out how everything went. I will also be bringing in a third vehicle for annual maintenance soon. Thank you...????????

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail eveytime I use them!

I was traveling out town and had what I thought was a hole in my oil pan or leak in a hose. I called them an hour before close on a Friday explaining I was hoping to get it up and running so I could make it home for the weekend. They had my car diagnosed and up and running by Saturday before they closed at noon. They were understanding, professional and fairly priced.

Mike fields did my diagnostic and was very thorough. I appreciate his willingness to go through the whole car to look for problems and give suggestions as to which ones were the most important to have repaired. The other staff was helpfull in scheduling a time and date quickly.

Everyone was friendly.

It was a pleasure working with Matt, Rick, and the rest of the A+ Auto crew. They did a great job with our Acura, servicing the transmission, and also the power steering pump. I love that they included pictures of their diagnoses, so that I didn’t just have to take their word for it. I SAW the issues myself. Great way to build trust with your clients. First time going to a Auto shop in South Carolina and I won the lottery finding this place, super nice and efficient and they do anything from oil changes to aftermarket parts. They text you a link that shows everything that needs work and everything that’s good which makes me confident in driving my truck after I leave.

Gabe and his team were amazing! They were flexible when scheduling repairs for my car. And when it came time to get the work completed, it was done right on schedule! The best part was a staff member's willingness to take me to the rental car location down the road so I didn't have to walk in the rain!

Took it into A+ for check trouble light on dash. Had taken it to 2 other places to read for code and all was done was plug in a reader for the OBD port which could not read the code. A+ checked the whole system and found that the probem was with a sensor in the passanger seat. And as a repeat customer will be using them for any other problems with my cars.

The A + Auto team worked hard to get new tires put on my car in a short time frame so I could have a safe trip out of town. Very satisfied with their service!
